Teodora was called to the Ontario Bar in 2019 after graduating from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law in 2018. Previously, she completed an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Criminology at the University of Windsor.

Teodora completed her articles with the firm in 2019 following which she exclusively practiced civil litigation at another local firm before making her way back to Bartlet & Richardes. She is an active member of the Windsor community and volunteers her time to various local organizations.
